How you will make an impact

• Leading the CAD design and development of robot mechanical hardware
• Designing and implementing new robot mechanisms by combining various mechanical elements
• Optimizing mechanical parameters and material selection through engineering theory and simulation tools
• Integrating hardware with sensors and actuators to conduct performance testing and iterative refinement

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
• High proficiency in hardware design software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA)
• Strong capability in setting up and controlling various motors and motor drivers
• Proven experience in the end-to-end process from hardware design to prototype manufacturing

Nice to have

• Experience in developing robotic hands or grippers
• Experience in wire-driven mechanism development
• Proficiency in implementing mechatronic electrical systems
